At Les Belles Verdures, we ensure that the diet of our training board horses is perfectly suited to their needs. Thanks to our locally produced alfalfa and hay, grown directly on our fields, we provide fresh, natural, high-quality forage.
This specialized diet promotes optimal health, supports effective effort, and ensures rapid recovery after training. Being producers allows us to control quality while offering forage at a reasonable cost, so that each horse receives the best in an environment attentive to their well-being and performance.
Blankets and Bonnets
In our training board services, bonnets and blankets are managed for each horse, according to their activity and specific needs.
This protection ensures optimal comfort, supports recovery after exercise, and preserves muscle and joint health. Each piece of equipment is carefully maintained to guarantee daily safety and well-being.
24/7 Video Surveillance
The safety of our training board horses is our priority. Our facilities are equipped with 24/7 video surveillance, covering the stables and all sensitive areas.
This continuous monitoring ensures the well-being of each boarder and allows for quick intervention if needed.
Owners can entrust their horses with complete peace of mind, knowing they are in a secure, supervised environment attentive to their comfort.
Work 2 to 4 times a week
The “Training 2 to 4 times per week” plan is designed for horses needing regular care without an intensive program. Depending on your goals—fitness, muscle maintenance, or skill development—we tailor each session: flatwork, lunging, outdoor rides, or stretching exercises.
Each session is conducted respecting the horse’s pace and level, developing physical condition while preserving motivation and well-being. This gradual approach ensures harmonious progress, suitable for both leisure horses and those with comportemental problems.

Regular grooming
At Les Belles Verdures, every training board horse receives regular grooming, essential for their health and well-being. This care includes thorough brushing, hoof cleaning, and maintenance of the mane and tail.
Performed with attention, grooming keeps the horse clean, prevents irritations, and allows for daily monitoring of their physical condition. It is also a special moment to strengthen trust and the bond between the horse and the caregiver.
Optionnal Services
Veterinary Monitoring
The health of our horses is a top priority at our boarding facility. Each boarder receives regular veterinary monitoring, carried out by our partner professionals, available for routine care or specific interventions.
Routine procedures—vaccinations, deworming, and health checks—are performed in consultation with the owner. Naturally, any veterinary intervention is the responsibility of the owner, whether carried out by their usual veterinarian or one of our partners.
Our goal is to ensure that every horse receives appropriate and responsive care in the best conditions of comfort and safety.
Farrier Monitoring
For the well-being of your horses, hoof care is essential. We work with experienced farrier partners who can provide on-site services according to your needs.
At Les Belles Verdures, we don’t impose any professional: each owner is free to choose their preferred farrier or use one of our trusted partners. This allows you to combine flexibility with quality service, while ensuring the comfort and health of your horses’ hooves.

Consulting Services
We offer personalized consulting services to support each owner in monitoring and developing their horse. Training goals, nutrition, equipment, or behavior—our guidance helps adapt practices to ensure well-being, progress, and consistency in daily work.
Young Horses Education
Young horses receive care tailored to their age and temperament. Our gradual approach aims to build trust, respect, and a solid foundation: handling, lunging, acceptance of equipment, and initial ridden sessions. Everything is done calmly, ensuring lasting and stress-free learning.
Guided Rides
For horses or riders with limited outdoor experience, we offer guided rides. The goal is to build confidence, safety, and calm between horse and rider. These supervised outings allow gradual exposure to different environments and situations.
Long-Reining Work
Long-reining work is an excellent method to develop a horse’s suppleness, balance, and responsiveness without the rider’s constraints. Ideal for dressage preparation, rehabilitation, or diversifying training, it is adapted to each horse’s level and goals.
Desensitization
Some sessions are dedicated to desensitization, helping horses better manage their reactions to new stimuli. Through gradual and respectful work, we aim to strengthen their confidence, focus, and safety, both in the arena and outdoors.
Trainer Intervention
When needed, we call in an experienced partner trainer for targeted sessions. These interventions help correct or refine technical skills, improve communication with the horse, and ensure guided, consistent progress.
