Groundwork and lunging are offered for some of our boarders as part of our advanced boarding programs. These sessions help strengthen the rider–horse bond while promoting suppleness, balance, and overall well-being for your horse.

The Offered Programs
We offer this service in select boarding programs only:
Intermediate Program: one groundwork or lunging session per week.
Full Program: up to two sessions per week, for more regular and thorough follow-up.
Each session is conducted by a qualified professional, ensuring work tailored to the horse and its pace, with full respect for its well-being.

Each session follows a clear and safe protocol:
Horse preparation: grooming, equipment check, and building trust.
Groundwork or lunging: exercises tailored to develop suppleness, musculature, and responsiveness.
Cool-down and recovery: essential for relaxation and preventing muscle tension.
